Is for the following items.

            
           
           
1) Check and maintain necessary adjustments to level controls.
2) Check operation of pumps.      
3) Maintain a required inspection log book.    
4) Provide 24 hour emergency service.    
5) Notify owner of any necessary repairs at once.  
           
           

           

The following inspections will be made one time per week for the sum of ___________ or one time per

month for a sum of _________________ payable to Custom Pump and Controls, Inc.

           
           
Note any repairs will be billed on a time and material  basis.
           
           
                            This contract can be canceled by either party upon a 30 day written notice.
    "Note" CPC Services is not liable for consequential damages due to an in-operable pump station.
